You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

You should expect a refund within four weeks, but in many cases you will get your money back faster.

Shipment

We ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and cannot be shipped to all countries.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery times for you based on the availability of your products and the shipping options selected. 

Shipping to Russia and Belarus

We do not send shipments to Russia and Belarus.

Our warehouse is located in Warsaw. Address: LIM Center, 13th floor, Aleje Jerozolimskie 65/79, 00-697 Warsaw, Poland. Ask for TAX FREE documents to avoid paying VAT.

We are still waiting for the launch of our branches in Lviv and Kiev. As of today, we cooperate with Ukrainian forwarders and deliver shipments to any place in Ukraine within 14 days. E.g. to Kyiv, Odessa, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhzhia, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy and many more cities.
